Out-of-Hours (OOH) Emergency Care

We understand that emergencies don’t always happen during normal opening hours, and your pet may need urgent care at any time. Our Out-of-Hours (OOH) service is based at our Humberston site and is staffed by our own vets and nurses, providing prompt and professional support.

Whether your pet is injured, unwell, or showing sudden concerning symptoms, our team is ready to assess, stabilise, and treat them with the same compassion and expertise you expect from us. Our goal is to provide timely, reassuring care when you need it most, helping pets recover safely and giving you peace of mind, with a nurse on site 24/7.
